Jay a 3rd generation Victoria Park resident worked as a Director at Peter Fletcher Realty for 12 years before joining with Joe Mucci and Kendall Ranieri to establish pfr.com.au.

Born at 159 Hubert Street when it was a maternity hospital he has been loyal to the area since.

As a child he attended school at Victoria Park & East Victoria Park Primary which is now known as the Park Centre Shopping Complex. Jay has worked in the area at the BP Petrol station on Berwick Street as a teenager and the Parrys Store before it was renovated into offices where we are now located.

He bought his own piece of history in the area when he purchased a 1930s Californian Bungalow in Langler Street.

If ever the title of "Mr Vic Park" was appropriate Jay Wood is definitively the case.
